Payment and confirmation
When you have placed your order you will receive within minutes a confirmation with the items ordered and the price.
After receiving your payment your order will be shipped with DHL, DPD or PostNL and will be delivered in 1-3 days.
In the webshop you can choose to pay with iDeal, CreditCard (MasterCard, VISA or American Express), Bankcontact, KBC/CBC en Belfius Direct Net, SOFORT Banking, PayPal or Bank transfer (Advanced Payment).

Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: free.
Ordering
Ordering is very simple, click on the desired item on the icon
'Buy Now' and change the number of items if necessary. If you are finished shopping go to 'Checkout'. Then enter your data.
Another way to quickly find your desired items is to enter the colour or colour number in the search box on the left part of the screen.

Colour / weight
Please note that colours may differ on your screen. A shade card with samples of all colours can be requested here.
The prices of alpaca yarn on cones are sold per piece.
Alpaca yarn on cones are sold including the cone holder.
The net weight of a cone holder is about 35 grams.
The weight of a cone may vary due to moisture.
If a cone has a weight less than the weight ordered we will refund the difference.
Returns
We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
